error 10109 with THORLAB DDS220/M and BBD202

I am trying to design an xy-stage. I encountered the error 10109 which says that 'Control HW Communications Disabled'. I have attached my code below. There are 2 serial numbers because I have 2 stages. I would really appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you!

This is a third party driver and most likely this error is caused from the invoke nodes in your program. Since we don't have documentation or resources to help explain this error, it would be helpful to contact Thorlabs to see if they have any documentation on it.
