From the VI you posted it seems you are using the Scope Template Example and not the Agilent 546xx series instrument driver - this includes Classic controls.
If you are using the Templates code you have to make modifications to the Initialize VI code and other subVIs. Did you try the Initialize VI in the Agilent 546xx series driver?
The string include in the driver Initialize block diagram is AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES,546
