Okay, I figured some things out and I am almost there. The .vi attached collected a 4kHz sine wave and performed an FFT analysis on it. It then writes the data to a spreadsheet. The delta X (frequency) is 500. I need it much smaller than this. I have looked through the sub-VIs and the FFT function and have not found a place to change the delta X. Any ideas would be very helpful.
