Hi,

 

I'm having issues interfacing a Keithley 2400 with a GPIB USB HS adaptor. My Windows 8.1 machine is not picking it up when the adaptor is connected to the Keithley 2400. In addition, none of the lights on the adaptor light up. I've attached some screenshots for further clarification.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

What version of the NI 488.2 driver do you have installed?  The latest is 14.0.

Problem solved. Tried a different USB port, go figure.
