Hello Siew Leng,

What kinds of things do you do in your program?  Does your instrument request service while auto-poll is enabled on your controller?

As a first step, I would recommend updating to the latest driver.  At the very least, I know that v2.7 had a fix for a similar blue screen that was found internally.

Thanks,
