have problem initialize PCI-6032E board on a Window NT PC to acquire a UV signal

I am having problem initialize a PCI-6032E board on my Window NT (4.0) system. The PC is used to control a mass spectrometer through a NI GPIB board, so the 6032E is the second on this computer. When I try to check Devices & Interfaces under Measurement & Automation, I received a error message (Explore.exe_DLL initialization failed: Initialization of dynamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\nipalu.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally." I should mention that I can still see the GPIB board under Devices & Interfaces.

The GPIB board doesn't have anything to do with the DAQ board, since they have two independent drivers.
One thing you can try is to uninstall the NI-DAQ driver, clean up the windows registries, and install the latest version of the driver that you can find at http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/E6F707598C4FE78E86256B59006BCA56?OpenDocument&node=132060_US.
