help: Agilend 82350 gpib with labview communication problem

I have some problem on the topic of Agilend card 82350 with labview.
I can use visa layer to communicate with gpib card and control instrument.
but i can't use gpib command at all . I try to use IO assitant in labview ,it can success generate visa code and gbib code. but i can't run gpib code in VI .
it give me wrong code Error connecting to driver or device .
can anyone help me to figure out this problem ?

in my case, i install NI-visa as primary visa
Agilent visa side by side and al
so enable luzip passport that allow NI-visa vist Agilend visa .
I only install one gpib card in my computer .

This is quite expected. The VISA drivers are standardized, so you can use NI-VISA or HP-VISA and talk to the HPIB board using VISA. The GPIB drivers we have are not standardized. This is because they also incorporate hardware drivers that are specific to National Instruments GPIB boards. So you cannot use NI-GPIB to talk to a HPIB board. But as you know, VISA will work fine.
