hioki 3193 driver for LabVIEW 2010

I have found a LabVIEW driver for our Hioki 3193 power meter but it says the vi is too old to be converted into LabVIEW 2010. Does anyone have a driver for the Hioki 3193 that is already upgraded to 2010, or would be willing to upgrade the version of the driver for me?
