how to disable RTS and DTR when serial port is initialized

when serial port is accessed the RTS and DTR line is getting 'ON' automatically. These signals are to be switched 'OFF' and has to be controlled to by our application .We are using Labview ver 5.1

This wasd possible in LV 5.1 by using VISA to interface with the port.

A property node with those atributes selected would do the trick.

I don't think it was possible using serial VI's.
