how to export data from DPM-3 load cell to LabVIEW

Hi

I want to export the force data from a DPM-3 load cell (Transducer Techniques) to LabVIEW. however, LabVIEW does not recognize the USB port, so it cannot communicate with it. Has anybody tried to define this load cell to LabVIEW?

Most likely the harware driver was not installed.  The device should have come with a CD/ DVD and a quick-start guide.  Make sure the device is compatable with your OS from the guide and follow instructions.

thank for reply. I have installed the driver software too. however, LabVIEW cannot still communicate with it. In fact the company (Transducer Techniques) has provided an interface to display the force data on screen, and it works. but the problem is that LabVIEW cannot import the data.
