how to measure voltage sampling 1000 times per second?

one project  need i to samping the volt @ 1000 per sec, can anyone told me , if 34401 DMM can completely this task?

and another question, after install LV driver for 34401, i can find find function->instr IO->init.vi in diagram, but if i wanto place a panel into the front panel,  where to find the menus?

The speed of the 34401 is in the manual. It states that the maximum rate for DC measurements is 1000 reading/sec to the GPIB bus. If you don't have the manual, you can get it from www.agilent.com.

I don't understand your second question "place a panel into the front panel,  where to find the menus?". What panel and what menus are you talking about?
