how to use industrial automation opc server

Dear Friends

we have developed labview application for reading data through NI OPC server5.1. but our client wants data of our NI opc server into his OPC client which is installed on other network computer. and his opc client can not access data from our NIopc server.it is giving error.please tell me how to do this.

Can you state here exactly how your client is attempting to access data from the NI OPC server using a third party OPC client and what error is being thrown when attempts this?
