hp4280a and LabVIEW

Trying to use the Hp 4280A 1MHz C meter/C-V plotter with Labview drivers hp428xa and hp428xau and have the following error message: error 1073807343 occured at VISA write in hp428A signal level and frequency.vi- hp428a continual measurement.vi filename.vi possible reason(s): VISA: (Hex 0XBFFF0011) Insufficient Location information or the device or resource is not present in the system. (continue) (stop) I would like to know what that means, am I missing something or is it just incorrectly connected, where can I find more information about using this device with LabVIEW?

You probably gave the wrong visa resource name.

Check in MAX on which gpib address the instrument is available and use  this.

Probably you forgot to change it.

Hello,
I need you to help me about a Capacitance-Voltage program that controls the HP 4280A 1MHz C-V Plotter. So, firstly I need an instrument library that I didn't found until now and secondly, if any of you had a C-V program working with the instrument mentioned above, please send it to me or give me how to read the C-V data via the GPIB link.

Thanks for posting at NI forums! I think it is better if you open a new discussion. With the instrument driver installed, if you navigate to Help>>Find Examples in LabVIEW, you should be able to find examples for that device. Please take a look at those examples.
