I want to use the PC as a I2C slave device. It shall simulate the behaviour of different devices, e.g. a temperature sensor.

Hi,
National Instruments does not have any drivers or hardware for I2C. You can find a lots of documents on the web for software implementations of the I2C protocol:
Google Search: i2c software implementation
I also search previous discussion forum postings, here are some interesting postings:
"Does NI support I2C bus?"
"How can i control the I2C bus with Labview"
Cal-Bay Systems, Inc
Hope this helps
