I have a wireless camera I want to use it as a watch camera
I want to interface this camera with PC to achieve that I have to use digital Satellite
TV Tuner and capture card it code S350, now I want to view the camera video in

Sorry, I thought you were talking about a set-top box.

In order to control the card, you'll have to get a driver with documentation from the vendor.

There may be other options for your camera. I would suggest the Vision board.
