interface with eurotherm 2416 controler

iam using LABVIEW 7.1 ,ni-visa 3.1 and windowes 2000 .Iam very new to eurotherm 2416 intercace through LABVIEW and mod bus protocal.I down load the driver for 2416 and instaled according  ni suggation's.

i tried with examples .vi i getting error -1073807331 i unable to understand the problum please aney budy help me to salve this problum and give suggation's if i required any need to instal software are driver's

I haven't used the Eurotherm drivers with Labview, but have used generic modbus drivers without any problems.  You will first want to make sure that you can communicate with the instrument.  I would download Eurotherm iTools, and use that to test communications.  If that can't communicate, then there is something wrong with the wiring or communications settings.
