keithley 237

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with a keithley 237. Managed to get V-I measurements done but only sweeps up to 81 points. I have downloaded program from the keithley instruments website, using LV8.0, NI GPIB PCI board. I wonder if somebody could help me. My guess is that buffer needs to be overwritten. but ... Perhaps someone has proper vi.

Hi Aiva,

Have you looked at the Instrument driver source? www.ni.com/idnet

By searching on there, I found some vi's that are compatible to the Keithley 237 device. These vi's are not NI certified.

There is an example of sweep within this. 

Is it only 81 points that are being swept? Is this consistent? Could this be in your coding, between the value of your initial and final conditions and step conditions?
