Hi again

I don't have here all my files and notes related to my project concerning the testo analyzer, but I remember at one time I couldn't initialize communications with the 350 because it's memory was full of data, so it would take longer and longer to establish communication with the device and eventually would stop working. Try to empty the 350's memory and try again.

When I get home and see my notes I will try to help you.

Dear sir,

I am using TESTO 545 (Lux meter) and have to take measurement on PC through serial port.

1. Do you know the 8 pin mini DIN (Connector provided on TEST-545) to 9 pin D-Sub conections?

2. I downloaded the toolbox from TESTO site. I could not find anything for TESTO 545. The VIs show broken arrow.

3. What is the protocol to communicate TESTO instrument with PC? There might be some querry which has to be sent to establish communication.

I am getting the same error message and could not solve the problem. I am using TESTO 545 and want to take measured values in PC. Do you have the testo CD? Can you send me the files required to solve the problem from the CD? I would also like to know which serial cable you are using.

Hi,

You have to request the CD from Testo support, it's over 80MB if I remember right.

With this installation, all files get properly registered and probably everything will work.

have you got this special CD already. We have to program a Testo 950 over the weekend and at least the t400.dll is needed. May you can post me a link to download.

Contact testo support they will give you the link to download the install CD. I'm afraid I don't know the link anymore and I suppose the link only works temporarily.

Thanks for your reply.

It is unfortunate that Testo India is saying that there is no such CD with TESTO India as well as TESTO Germany which I don't believe.

I am continuously probing them and trying hard to get the complete tool box CD.

I contacted the SOFTWARE-HOTLINE at the Servicecenter in Lenzkirch (Germany).
