At this time there is not any release information on a 488.2 driver for Linux kernel 2.6. We are having customer's send in requests to the Product Suggestion Center at ni.com. Just click on Contact Us and make your selection there. Your request will be submitted to an R&D tracking database and both the nature and number of requests will be looked at. GPIB-ENET/100 for Linux (version 2.2 for Linux) does support the 2.6 kernel at this time.
Also keep checking http://ni.com/linux for new versions of our drivers that will support 2.6. Let me know if that helps!
