missing AT-GPIB/TNT driver for win 98/200/xp

Hi ... I have a AT-GPIB/TNT card. I want a driver for Windows 98. Searched NI and found that driver "NI-488.2 1.7 - Windows 2000/95/98/ME/NT/XP" is the one for it.

I reached its page and found this "NI-488.2 v1.7 is no longer available for download. Refer to the NI-488.2 current driver versions table for an appropriate driver for your hardware / operating system combination". It refers to page "http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm" Which is empty !!!!!!!.

In many other places within NI site I found CLICK HERE refering to the same empty page. My question is simple:-

Which driver and how to get it

Many thanks in advance

On the 1.7 page that you mention, it refers to "If you require NI-488.2 v1.7, please visit the Legacy NI-488.2 Driver Request page.". Click on that Legacy NI-488.2 Driver Request link. NI will send you a CD with the old driver. Don't ask me why you can't just download it.

Hello,

I filled out the legacy NI-488.2 driver request form to get a copy of v1.7 of the driver for a NI AT-GPIB/TNT isa card under Windows XP. Nowadays, we usually run our GPIB devices through GPIB-ENET/100 interfaces. But for some reason, we need thiscard to run under the specified OS. Is there any chance to get this driver today?

Thanx

Hi NI

I am also in a dire need of the driver for Windows 2000.

I have filled out a request, but havent heard from you, so maybe something went wrong.

Is there any other way to get my hands on it? Email, ftp, ect.?

yours

Henrik

How can I get this driver? NI will not allow me to submit a service request for legacy software - If they do, where do I submit? Can someone make this available to download of to email?

Seems to me it was brain dead of NI to remove these from their driver repository... Must not want people to use their products!
