nisync initialize.vi is missing

Hi, all

I am using LabView 8.2 and NI-PCI 1588 to test the PPS.

But when I run the PTP examples, such as "Start PTP and Wait for Quality",

One error is occured:

Error -1073807343 occurred at niSync Initialize.vi
Possible reason(s):

Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFF0011) Insufficient location information or the requested device or resource is not present in the system.

I have installed the LabView, device driver and NI-Sync, but the error is not resolved. 

How can I resolve this error?

Make sure you are using the correct device name.  Open MAX and expand devices and interfaces, then expand the PXI System (I know this isn't very intuitive and we expect to fix it in the next release).  You should see the PCI-1588 with a name like PXI3::4::INSTR or something like that.  In the example that you are trying to run, you will need to change the device name to the resource name shown in MAX for the PCI-1588.

Please let me know if this is confusing or doesn't work.
