I have a question about how to design a labview software for oscilloscope to make synchronically sampling.

How to make sure two channels can measure exact synchronically?

It's all up to your scope. See what kind of triggering modes it supports. The best would be both channels from an external trigger source. A software trigger might even work. Check your user manual.
