"Box" available to control LAN instrument via CAN bus ?

Hello,

did someone ever hear of a solution to control a lan instrumet via can bus?

INSTR <-> lanport_out <-> lanport_in <-> [blackbox] <-> canport_out <-> canport_in <-> CAN

I want to send/receive SCPI messages that are send with can telegrams over the can bus.

They are received in a currently blackbox and translated into visa commands and then send over LaN to the lxi instruments.

Is something likes this already possible and available?
