Dear all,
I'm new to this forum; sorry if this questions has already been asked before (although I couldn't find it).Is it possible to get real time access of analogue channels in Matlab using NI USB-6008? I used the NI toolbox for Matlab (WIndows) but found that if I would sample for a 1 msec, there is an additional delay of a few 10 msecs.
This is what I like to achieve: read in 1 sample of 1 channel (1000 Hz), check if a certain voltage has been reached, if not: collect another sample, if the voltage has been reached: present another stimulus. I would like to make sure that I can sample every msec, that I can check the value of the sample in Matlab every msec, and that there is no delay between samples.
My question: Did I do something wrong? Or is the toolbox simply not designed to do this? Is there another way to do this?
Many thanks,
Martijn

Dear Martijn,
you haven't found any info here, beacuse the DAQ Toolbox for Matlab is a MathWorks product. You can find some info and examples here
