Okay, I see your other post. I can't open the code right now since I don't have 2012 on this pc. Hopefully, someone else will see it and respond.

Did you find the VISA Configure Serial Port where I told you where it would be? It is best to use it and not depend on the com port settings in MAX but if you have basic communication working, if it's missing in your code, it's not the cause of your problem.

Yes, Dennis, thanks I found it, but, I am not sure if that is the problem or not, because the communication is working fine.  The problem is getting two communications to work, so, I think the port settings are likely not the problem.  Upgrade soon, would you?!  I need your help!
