sun system ec13 driver?

You have 2 drivers listed on your web page for Sun Electronic Systems EC13 enviromental chamber, but there is no description of what they do. Our problem is that the enviromental chamber receives the commands and carries the commands out, but it doesn't send any data back to the computer. Why? Do we need one of the drivers?

Hi,

There are two drivers because there is one for serial and one for GPIB based communication.

Which architecture are you using? Also what kind of data are you expecting back? I would suggent you try NI-Spy to see what data is actually being returned to make sure that the instrument is behaving as expected.
