I want to synchronise my multymeters with a sourchemeter. the sourcemeter runs a sweep and i want to measure each value is there a possebility to trigger the multimeters? (Multimeter Keithley 2000 Sourcemeter Keithley 2420)
The best people to contact about hardware synchronization would be Keithley. The closest thing for GPIB is the GET message, but it is not a hardware trigger and more on par with a software trigger. For more information about the GET message (Group execute trigger, see the Programmer's Reference manual.
I did contact Keithley and they informed me abou the hardware trigger. There's a trigger link on the back of the instrument. About the Get it doesnt work with a sweep
