I am using the Tektronix TDS 430A digitizing oscilloscope with the GPIB-USB-B controller and LabVIEW 8.2. I'm looking for drivers for the oscilloscope and GPIB for Windows Vista. I cannot find a driver for the oscilloscope anywhere.
here is an answer from a couple of years ago. If you wanted to write your own driver or use the Instrument I/O Assistant, the 420 might be a good starting point even though that driver is unsupported.
