The TNT5002-AB (TNT5002 in a BGA package) does not exist. However, I
can see that the reference manual implies this part does exist.
You have two options:
1. Use the TNT5002-AQ (QFP package). The pinout and dimensions are in the reference manual.
2. Under some circumstances NI will sell the controller version of the
TNT5002 which is available in a BGA package. Contact your local NI
sales engineer to discuss this.
Out of curiosity, why do you want to use this part instead of the
TNT5002-AQ? Is your design space-constrained? Do you need a PCI
interface in the GPIB controller?
