Hello,
Here is some information you should start with, which was taken from a document which should be published on the web, but I wasn't able to access it externally, so I am pasting the relevant material here: (be sure to see the related links below)
Title: Does LabVIEW Support Bluetooth?
Content:
Bluetooth support has been added in LabVIEW 7.1. These VIs are located under ALL FUNCTIONS>>COMMUNICATION>>BLUETOOTH. In LabVIEW 8.0, the Bluetooth VIs are located under FUNCTIONS>>DATA COMMUNICATION>>PROTOCOLS>>BLUETOOTH. There are several constraints to using Bluetooth with LabVIEW, so you should read the link below to the Developer Zone Tutorial.
In addition, there are several "workarounds" which were in use before LabVIEW release 7.1. For instance, you can use wireless TCP communication combined with a device that performs TCP/Bluetooth translation. You can also use products like in the attached URL which allows you to use serial VIs and the serial port to communicate with Bluetooth.
The LabVIEW PDA module also supports Bluetooth, see the link below.

I hope this helps!
