usb-gpib-hs+ support under Red Hat 7?

No, it is working perfectly fine on my Windows 7 laptop.

The support information on the NI web site  says that my USB-GPIB-HS+ is supported with Red Hat Enterprise 7
and the NI 488.2 driver version I installed. I may try to contact NI directly to confirm if it is really the case unless someone

from NI monitors this discussion and can provide a confirmation.

Can you also confirm the support for NI-488.2 2.9.1? It works under Red Hat Enterprise 5.8 for kernel 2.6.18-308 with your  PCIe GPIB but I would
like to know if the older usb/gpib adapter model GPIB-USB-HS is officially supported as the web page indicates (in this case, the web page
and README have the same information so it looks like it is correct).
The thing is that for new design NI recommends the HS+ but unfortunately it is not supported under Linux.

Is the GPIB-USB-HS planned to be discontinued in the near future?

The GPIB-USB-HS will work on Red Hat 5. As mentioned in the README file for NI-488.2 2.9.1, it will work up through kernel 2.6.24, so it should work on your system. Red Hat 6 and later user newer kernel versions, which are incompatible with the USB support in this driver.

GPIB-USB-B (Up to kernel version 2.6.24)
GPIB-USB-HS (Up to kernel version 2.6.24)

I cannot speak to the expected future availability of the GPIB-USB-HS. Do you have a sales representative you work with? If so, I would suggest you contact them if you need to find out about long-term GPIB-USB-HS availability.

Can you elaborate on your question? Are you just wondering if 488.2 driver is compatible? you might reference this page: http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/11787/en/

I know that the drivers support CentOS 7.X, but I'm not familiar enough with that distro to know the specific differences between 6 and 7.
