Instrument Studio is not launching

Hi,
I recently installed LabView 2023 32-bit on a new windows 11 PC. When I tried to launch Instrument Studio on the system then it fails to open.
Anyone faced such issue before?

One update:
I was using Instrument Studio 2024 Q3 in windows 11 PC which is not working even after repair & re install.
Now I changed to Instrument Studio 2024 Q4 and now it is opening.
But for some reason, in both cases NI MAX is not listing Instrument Studio in the software list
