We are using a PXIe 4139 to provide precise voltage inputs to our DUT. The input range is <10 mV. However, the SMU doesnt give stable output that is required for the DUT. We see variations in the the output stability by changing the modes in the sourceadapt panel in the instrument studio. However, we are not able to decide which custom combination of gain bandwidth and pole zero ratio would fit our DUT. Is there any guideline on the usage of sourceadapt feature that can quantify the exact values required? (The examples we could find used a trial and error kind of method). Also is there any way other than sourceadapt to get a better performance from the SMU in this voltage range?
