Help's PCRE Library link is broken

In LV20, the PCRE library link is broken.

I suspect this isn't fixed in LV21, can someone check?

Maybe it should be a link to www.ni.com that redirects?

Why is this link javascript? The online help opens Internet Explorer, while it's just an external link.
