Meeting Description

"New Actor Framework Project Provider"

Presenter : Allen C. Smith

Est. Duration: 45 minutes

Description:

Allen C. Smith will demonstrate the new Actor Framework Project Provider.  Using your project's right click menus, you can quickly add new actors to your project and build messages for their methods.  You can even build zero-coupled messages.  After the demonstration, Allen will offer an under-the-hood look at how to make project providers.

"User Events Tips, Tricks, and Sundry"

Presenter: Jack Dunaway

Description:

He's new to Austin, but not Jack's no stranger to event-driven programming in LabVIEW. In case you can't make it to Paris this year for the European CLA Summit, catch the domestic rendition of User Events Tips, Tricks, and Sundry which discusses design patterns for, dispels common myths about, and champions the use of User Events as the primary transport mechanism for your application architecture.
