How do I access LabView Communications System Design Software 2.1?

I am trying to access LabView Communications System Design Software V2.1 (LVCSDSW). I was told by NI Support that for LabView Communications System Design Suite 2.1 (LVCSDS) that LVCSDSW was installed as part of LVCSDS. I was also told the LVCSDSW was a standalone the part of LVCSDS. I've installed LVCSDS V2.1 but I do not see LCSDSW! If anyone can provide a solution on how to run LVCSDSW 2.1 that would be great!

LabVIEW Communications System Design Software has been migrated to LabVIEW NXG. You can use LabVIEW NXG with the USRP driver. Please see the upgrade page for the official announcement.
