how to plot 2 arrays on a graph ?

Actually, I am trying to plot 2 arrays from the mathscript node .one depends to the other.I have made a cluster for the 2 arrays and plot them in the graph but the resulted graph doesn't really show the exact values.

I want to plot pde_sim which depends on snrdb.

Is something wrong with my code ??
