DAQmx emulation in cRIO

Greetings, Is this possible and has anyone ever tried this? I understand that in future versions of cRIO you will be able to directly read/write to C-type modules in LVRT. I am not completely sure about the demonstration that you saw. However, I believe the following DevZone [broken link removed] Document has some information on how you can use the Microprocessor SDK to program a cRIO target.
