Error -2147220623 in NI RAD Utility

Hi, 

I am trying to create an image of my PXI controller (PXI-8101) using the NI RAD Utility. When I do this I get the following error message:

Steps to reproduce

1. Select PXI from the list
2. Press Retrieve
3.  New Application Image - Provide Name "PXI-BACKUP"
4. Press OK
5. Provide path to C:\Users\<username>\Downloads\PXI-BACKUP1_0_0.lvappimg
6. Press Retrieve image from ......
7. Then my error appears

Research

I haven't had much success in finding anything through google search. 

I found a forum post from 2020 asking the same question with no answer.

LabVIEW Error suggests

Error -2147220623 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):

NI System Configuration: The property does not exist for this resource.

Je pense que le point important ici est l’erreur nysiscfg.lvlib:Get Installed Components.vi:3430001, qui semble indiquer que NI RAD Utility n’arrive pas à récupérer la liste des composants installés sur le PXI-8101. Avant de chercher du côté du fichier .lvappmapping, je vérifierais donc la connexion au contrôleur et la configuration logicielle de la cible dans NI MAX. Si le contrôleur est bien reconnu, il faudrait aussi vérifier que les versions de LabVIEW/RAD Utility et des composants installés sont compatibles. Pour les amateurs de sport, cette plateforme offre un espace complet dédié aux pronostics.
