LCD initialization

Hello team,

I am using Labview Embedded for ARM. Could anyone please tell me if I can access the block diagram of functions like LCD initialization. When I go into the block diagram, I am not able to see anything in the block diagram.

Please do let me know how I would be able to look at the block diagram.

Thank you.

Hello Herok,

If you right click on the block diagram you will see the functions palette.   If you navigate to the "ARM" category, you should be able to locate the LCD VIs that you need.

If you are unable to find these VIs, then perhaps your VI is not part of the ARM target.  I suggest you take a look at the ARM getting started guide for a quick tutorial (see link).

I think the original post was asking to see the block diagram of those particular functions, not just find the functions.  I'm not sure if you are able to do so.  I just tried to pull it up and there is a statment saying that the function is done using a C call.  There may not actually be a "block diagram".  Why do you need to see that?

Even i m facing this prob. If I want to make some basic vi of my own, then how to do it. say instead of ARM kit I use a self developed board , then how to write function calls.
