Can i use labview instead of c/c++, to progarm embedded application?

Yes, LabVIEW can be used to program embedded systems..

and from what i understand you are looking for programming 89C51 which is 8-bit uC, LabVIEW is supported only for 32-bit uP/uC and cannot be used to program 89C51 uC..
