Serial communication data sorting

Hi all ,

   Recently i m working on a project using labview , overview of project is that i m taking data of three parameters using ''serial port read'' tool but the problem and i want to show this data on different  guages but the problem is that how i sort my data as per different parameters, data is taking out from single serial port is their any solution .... ?
