Hi,

        I want to convert   

 

                                            1) a 10MHz sine wave to 10MHz TTL

                                   

                                          2)a  180MHz sine wave to 180MHz TTL

 

Is there any circuit or IC available for the above two conversions independently or together.This is very urgent,please...
