Ability to Rename Graph Annotations during Run-Time

When one creates an annotation on the graph by right-clicking the graph and choosing Create Annotation during run-time, there is no way to change the name of the annotation after it was originally created. It would be useful to be able to double-click on the name, which is on the graph, and change it. Another option would be to right-click the annotation and chose "rename".
