Add Recent Projects to Project Menu

Whenever I want to open a recent project, for some strange reason I am attracted to the Project menu.  I would like the Recent Projects menu item copied from the File menu to the Projects menu.  New, Open, Save and Close Project are already duplicated, how about one more?

Since it has a menu, I think it should be moved there.

Another, polemic, suggestion is to move the "Project" menu next to "File" menu.
