Add Zoom in and Out to charts using mouse

Navigating to large sets of waveforms is quite chlallenging with the current Zoom in and out icons.

Using the Scroll wheel in the mouse toghether with Ctrl is the most common shortcut for Zoom in and out

Proposal:

Ctrl+Scroll: zoom in and out in both axis, taking the ratio between width and height as zoom factor.

Ctrl+shift+Scroll: zoom in and out in X-Axis

Ctrl+Alt+Scroll: zoom in and out in Y-Axis
