Allow labels to be highlighted and copied to the clipboard while the VI is running

Currently, labels of controls and indicators on the front panel can not be highlighted or copied to the clipboard while the VI is running.  This is also true for stand alone labels on the front panel.  It would be nice if you could highlight these labels and copy them to your clipboard.

Also, when the VI is not running, after selecting the text of a label, you can not right click and copy.  This is also true for cut and paste.  However, you can use the copy, paste, and cut windows shortcut keys to be able to perform these actions.

The idea mentioned in your title would break most user interfaces as most displays do not want all the text to be selectable. If you need this functionality, drop a Classic String indicator, make the border transparent and store whatever text you need into that.

Your separate comment about copying via right click needs to be in a separate idea so it can be discussed independently.
