And what is that shortcut? QuickDrop does not create all the constants/controls/indicators just drops down the LV element, unless I am missing something.
I did not know about the QuickDrop keyboard shortcut function that automatically creates either all constants or all controls for "some" LV elements. This was not mentioned in the LabVIEW QuickDrop help
You're right that this shortcut isn't mentioned in LabVIEW Help topics about the Quick Drop dialog box only. I'll mark this area of the help for improvement in a future release. We do, however, maintain a nice long list of LabVIEW keyboard shortcuts, including the Ctrl-D and Ctrl-Shift-D shortcuts--
I would use this only ocassionaly. I usually do not need all or even most of the terminals that are avaliable. I guess it would take less time to delete the ones that I did not need verses creating the ones that I did.
This functionality is available in LabVIEW 2009 and later with the Ctrl-Space, Ctrl-D shortcut.
This functionality is available in LabVIEW 2015 and later with the right-click > Create > All Controls and Indicators menu option.
