Blink Method

I think it would be cool to have a blink method for most controls and indicators.  Currenlty there is a blinking property,  and changing the blink rate, colors, etc is not very intuitive.  Adding a Blink method with the properites of Blink Rate, Duty Cycle, On Color, Off Color, would be cool.

Adding a blink method would also preserve the Blinking property, and maintain backwards compatablity.
