Change Open/Create/Replace Catalog Dialog to Native Dialog

The Datalog functions are probably so rarely used that this must be a remnant of times long gone, but the fact is that the Open/Create/Replace Datalog dialog is non native:

I would suggest upfating this to a native file dialog instead.

You have a version of LabVIEW a full year before its release?!  And who still uses the Datalog?  I don't think I have every used it.

Regardless, I am left to agree that the native dialogs should always be used.  I imagine it should be a quick fix for NI.  But I just feel like there are a lot more important things at this time for NI to concentrate on.

It's actually the 63 bit version. I'll poke support to CARify this report.

That missing bit means the dialog couldn't be upgraded to the full 64-bit version.

@RavensFan Are you aware of a bug that prevents this from working in 64-bit? True, we are not fixing this dialog, but the dialog still works when I tested it. Yes, I saw your "I'm joking" smilie, but I'm not sure what it was meant to indicate.
